Dr. Carey E. Pointer, Jr.
Senior Pastor
Carey E. Pointer, Jr. was called to the ministry at the age of 18, thus preaching for the past 43 years. Pastor Pointer grew up in Houston, Texas, moving to the Washington, D.C. area in 1979. He received his undergraduate degree from Bishop College in 1974, with a major in religion and a minor in philosophy. He recently received his Ph.D. in Urban Ministries from the Aspen Christian College and Seminary. Pastor Pointer is currently Pastor and Founder of the Greater Fellowship Full Gospel Baptist Church in Washington, D.C. |
